Name:
Therapod Tooth from Argentina
Age: Cretaceous
Formation: Allen Formation
Location: Patagonia, Argentina
Size: Tooth is 0.4 inches long
This is a very unusual dinosaur tooth. It is an unidentified therapod tooth from Argentina. We had this tooth for a few years and tried to get it identified. Well, that didn't work, so here it is. This tooth is very nice - the enamel is quite colorful, and the serrations are well displayed. The tooth is robust and very 3-D. Photos do not do this tooth justice - you have to see it in person to appreciate it. This is a very strange dinosaur tooth from Argentina.
Note: Argentina has now banned the export of all fossils. We will strictly abide by and enforce this law - we will not acquire new fossils from Argentina. However, this fossil was collected and exported prior to this law, and can be sold legally.
A Certificate of Authenticity from EXTINCTIONS is included with this specimen.
